can anyone tell that why pakistanis are not allowed to make account in paypal.

yes only paypal can tell you this.. i talked to them to give me the branch of paypal pakistan but they rejected and said we are not still in mod to think about pakistan branch.. its also because the rules of pakistani banks and credit cards are too much tough..
