when i try to customize the taskbar to change the transparency im unable to because i get the xp settings for customization instead of windows 7. ive tried changing my windows 7 background to see if that was the problem and it wasnt. i want to change it black but for now its like a standard blue or so. does anyone know how to fix this please?
