Any one can tell me surgery on piles is a good way to get off from this diseases?

Here i want to tell you Assessin that piles is not a proper cure for piles. Actually piles is not a problem that will appear on skin actually piles have deep reason inside. So that surgery is not good solution for this. Must finished this diseases inside.
