my eglish is weak.i want to learn english properly and want to overcome this issue..can any one over here help me out to resolve this issue......

i belong to a middle class family...i have a dsl connection so its easy for me to learn english from any person from internet...can anyone teach me english...can one one help me to resolve this issue on SKYPE or Yahoo........
