hy i have downloded a wordpress theme from a site and don't know how to upload it to wordpress site or which file to upload. please help. it is easy in blogger but difficult in wordpress

I work with all kinds of web related technologies, including my CMS of choice WordPress, I’ve even dabbled with Logo and stationary Designing, however I primarily work on Front-end Web Development projects.
